What We Do
Even though Tony and Patsy are firmly and joyfully planted here in Australia, they still maintain a strong connection with the nations through the ministry of Cameneti Ministries.
Tony and Patsy regularly minister internationally to the USA, Papua New Guinea, New Zealand, Indonesia, Malaysia, Singapore and Europe as well as nationally within Australia.
With the generous help of our partners and friends, they have been able to establish a firm base here in Brisbane which has enabled ministry to a wide cross section of people in Brisbane, across Australia, South East Asia, and around the world.
Rhema Bible Training College Brisbane Campus was established in 2009 and continues to train men and women for ministry either within the church or out in the marketplace as Christians of influence in the last days. The school has a strong evangelistic emphasis and students are trained in doctrine and practice for the last days’ harvest of souls for the Kingdom of God.
In 2016 we started Rhema Outposts which send Rhema subjects to hosting churches or groups so believers can get established in the teaching that is equipping them in their Christian walk. We have three Outpost locations in Victoria, North Brisbane and far north Queensland in a closed Aboriginal community.
While there had been a Rhema Bible School in Papua New Guinea (PNG) for a number of years, in 2013 we re-launched Rhema Bible Training College with a more permanent campus in Alotau, Milne Bay.
A second campus in Lae was launched in 2014.
In a nation that is still under the mixture of Christian tradition and tribal beliefs, the teaching of the Word of God is vital to help Christians move out of traditions in to a life of victory in Christ Jesus.
The Bible School Graduates now have formed a vibrant and growing Alumni Group who are going back into their towns and villages with the transforming Word of God. Many are planting new churches and seeing the move of God among their own people.
In 2010 we took up the pastorate of Rhema Family Church (formerly “Tribe of Judah/River of Grace Church”) in Slack’s Creek, Logan City, situated immediately south of Brisbane. The former pastor was Terry Walker, a Rhema Graduate, who now works primarily as an evangelist.
While we moved into another building in 2014, we are still in the Logan district at 19 Tolmer Place, Springwood.
This local area has 217 different nationalities and cultures represented and people from all walks of life are represented in our church family. We have professionals and business people sitting right alongside those who have had very “colourful” backgrounds. Lives are being saved and transformed by the Word of God and the church is thriving!
Kenneth Hagin Ministries is also continuing operation with the Distribution Centre supplying Faith Library Publications and other products to Australia and surrounding regions.
